THERMIC CABINET – SERIE TC

The Thermic-Cabinet SERIE TC allows thermal drying and a perfect conservation of flexible endoscopes, glassware, surgical instruments and anaesthesia equipment after the process of washing and disinfection. Construction is made in way the material to be housed on special supports to be dried and to obtain a perfect drainage.

The cabinet is made in stainless steel and is insulated with mattresses of FONITEK which reduces heat loss into the environment. The internal cabinet features supports rails for trays, containers and specific racks for hoses of various section. The door is made of tempered glass. The opening and closing of the door is obtained by a simple rotation of silicone gasket temperature-proof handle.
The drying is achieved by hot air heated with the electric resistances and the circulation is ensured by a fan. The air is properly convoyed and filtered (HEPA filter to EN 1822 class H14 efficiency 99.995%) is channelled and distributed to have a homogeneous spread. The exhaust air is disposed in the upper part of the enclosure from where it can be exhausted outside. The temperature is adjustable is 0 to 50°C, the time from 0 to 95 minutes.
The cabinet is prepared to contain up to 6 slots which can be customised with specific holder for hoses, catheters, or balloons, with or without liquids. The cabinet has enough rails to insert up to 9 perforated shelves, to allow placement of trays with instruments and/or glassware.
