TECHNOLOGY
Developed and updated technology for steam sterilizers. This technology is based on accumulated experience, which CISA has been acquiring since 1946, as manufacturers of such machines, introducing continuous updates, to make them more advanced, efficient and powerful,
POWERFUL VACUUM SYSTEM
Using a multi-stage water ring vacuum pump, the sterilizer features deep and stable vacuum which guarantees excellent air removal in pre vacuum and excellent drying in post vacuum. The vacuum pump is mounted on a vibration-damping frame to reduce noise with high safety protection. A water recovery system can be added as an option to reduce water consumption.
ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM CISA
Sterilizers are designed to help energy saving without affecting performance with an advanced engineering solution to define optimum use of power and energy saving Pre vacuum: air removal Using Vacuum/Steam pulsation, the air is removed to guarantee good steam penetration inside the load. The type and quantity of pulsations are dependent on load and on packing material.
POST VACUUM PHASE:
DRYING PHASE QUALITY CISA technology will improve drying quality thanks to stable and high vacuum values with less time needed for drying.
COST SAVING MACHINE
Hospital steam sterilizers have very low running costs as well as very low maintenance costs. The synergy of these characteristics makes CISAs machines leading products in terms of cost savings.
EXCELLENT INSULATION
The pressure vessel is covered with high thickness insulation material which controls the heat loss; it also increases the quality of the sterilization cycle, reducing the natural temperature drops. The quality of insulation material is important for safety reasons since the surface temperature of the sterilizer can be in contact with operators. The temperature never exceeds 45 degrees during sterilization phase.
